This product is a climate chamber for thermal shock cycle and condensation test according to EN 50604-1 battery test standard; it simulates GB/T10586-2006 damp heat test chamber technical conditions; GB/T10589-2008 low temperature test chamber technical conditions; GB/T11158-2008 high temperature test chamber technical conditions. It is mainly used for aerospace, aviation, petroleum, chemical, military, automobile (motorcycle), shipbuilding, electronics, communication, power battery and other scientific research and production units to provide temperature and humidity change environment, simulate the adaptability test of test products under temperature and humidity change environment conditions, and provide reliability test and product screening for safety test of electronic components.

Basic working principle
Intelligent control function Intelligent control function: The central control system can automatically identify the external environment of the test chamber (such as temperature and humidity), the working conditions of the test items in the test chamber (such as weight, heat capacity, work and heat generation, etc.), and the current temperature and humidity in the test chamber, so as to automatically open or close the corresponding working units (such as compressors or electric heating, humidifiers, etc.) to achieve precise control of various temperatures and humidities: intelligent high and low temperature control software).
High temperature section High temperature section: The central control system amplifies, converts analog to digital, and corrects the collected temperature signal in the box, and then compares it with the set temperature value (target value). The resulting deviation signal is processed by PID calculation, and the output adjustment signal automatically controls the output power of the heater, so that the heating and heat dissipation in the test room reach a dynamic balance, and ultimately achieve the purpose of constant temperature.
Low temperature section (energy-saving design) Temperature balance method: static balance technology is adopted, that is, the balance method of "no heating during cooling process" and "no cooling during heating process". It is different from the traditional technology of "dynamic balance of cold and heat" of high-power cooling against high-power heating. It adopts on-off cooling energy regulation technology, that is, the central controller controls the cooling capacity according to different temperature points, so that the equipment is always in a relatively low power consumption state.
Humidity Humidity works similarly to temperature.
Chamber structure
Structural method

1. Integral structure: the front is the working chamber, the rear is the refrigeration system and control cabinet, the bottom of the chamber is a movable bottom plate, equipped with: 1 blind plate and 1 vertical and horizontal platform soft connection plate. The rear bottom is an electric lifting platform.

2. The vibration interface plate is softly connected to the vibration table through a silicone rubber soft film, which can isolate vibration and has sealing and heat insulation functions;

3. The working chamber is equipped with an air supply system: air supply motor, centrifugal fan blades, heater, humidifier, refrigeration and dehumidification evaporator.
