UL 2594 Clause 58 Charging Interface Vehicle Rolling Tester 5000/11000N Load Capacity

Conforms to UL2594-2016 clause 58, IEC62196-1:2022, IEC 62752:2016 clause 9.34, etc.
Samples and restrictions: Supply plug, vehicle plug and function box with cable recommended by the manufacturer.
Test purpose: Used to perform vehicle crushing tests on charging vehicle power plugs, vehicle plugs and function boxes to determine their reliability after being crushed.
Test Principle: Place the power plug and vehicle plug with the cable recommended by the manufacturer randomly on the cement floor, apply a rolling pressure of (5000±250)N or (11000N±550)N with a car tire of the same load as P225/75R15, and roll over the power plug or plug function box at a speed of (8±2)km/h (tire inflation pressure 220±10)kPa to simulate the ability of the power plug or plug function box to withstand vehicle rolling damage. The sample belt prevents the sample from moving.
Structure and features:
The equipment is designed with a cold-rolled steel plate protective box structure. The surface of the box is painted. The bottom of the box is covered with simulated cement floor. The rolling mechanism can simulate the car tire rolling on the object and slide up and down freely. The charging pile plug bears the same pressure. The drive device drives the rolling mechanism to achieve forward and backward rolling action. The main components are made of stainless steel and aluminum. (Ensure that the tire rolls the sample under normal rolling conditions).
The main features are as follows:
1. The chassis of this equipment is treated with a protective cover to ensure the safety of the test process; the bottom of the box is locked to the ground with expansion screws. It is guided by heavy-duty slide rails, the roller group slides, and the power is driven by a high-power motor combined with a turbine reducer to drive the main shaft to rotate to the test speed to promote the rolling test. The sample fixing sliding device is equipped with a functional box installation fixture to meet standard requirements.
2. The rolling pressure adjustment device is designed as an adjustable structure. The tire, upper and lower sliding frames and counterweights that the sample bears are the weight of the test.
3. The equipment adopts the tire front and rear drive working mode (the test rolling direction is driven by the motor to roll the tire in forward and reverse rotation), keeping the sample fixed, which can most realistically simulate the reciprocating rolling of the car tire and effectively simulate the rolling of the sample.
4. The control system is an independent mechanism. The host has PLC control and touch screen operation. Fixed installation holes and connecting wire ports are installed at the bottom for easy fixation and connection.
